After entering any article, tap the microphone icon next to a paragraph to begin pronunciation practice. On first use, the app will request microphone permission — please allow it to use this feature. The system will automatically assess your pronunciation and provide detailed feedback and scores.

Yes! As long as you're logged into your account, your learning progress, favorite articles, and preference settings will automatically sync to the cloud. You can seamlessly continue learning on multiple devices.

Go to the "Profile" page and tap "Membership" to view and purchase subscription plans. If you've previously purchased a subscription, tap the "Restore Purchase" button to restore your subscription status.

Please check the following: 1) Ensure you've granted microphone permission to the app; 2) Make sure your internet connection is stable; 3) Try recording in a quiet environment. If the problem persists, please contact our technical support.

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. On your iPhone, go to "Settings" → tap your Apple ID → "Subscriptions" to find English Loop, then select cancel subscription. After cancellation, you can still use the service until your current subscription period ends.

Yes, we take your data security very seriously. All data transmission is encrypted, and passwords are stored using irreversible encryption. Your voice recordings are only used for real-time pronunciation assessment and are deleted immediately after assessment. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
